The rules and conditions governing the use of our services

These terms and conditions establish the rules for using the services offered by SC COSTEA CRIS TRANS SRL and regulate the contractual relationship with clients who are individuals or legal entities.

1. Definitions

The Company: SC COSTEA CRIS TRANS SRL, with headquarters in Romania, CUI: 17496880

The Client: Any natural or legal person requesting car transport services

The Vehicle: The car/vehicle to be transported

The Services: Car transport activities offered by the company, in accordance with Romanian and European legislation

2. 2. Acceptance of terms

By requesting our services, the Client fully accepts these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. 3. Services offered

The Company offers car transport services between Romania and Spain, including:

Standard car transport
Luxury vehicle transport
Classic car transport
Damaged vehicle transport
Van and minibus transport

4. Client obligations

Required documentation

The Client must provide:

identity card
registration certificate
notarial power of attorney (if applicable)

Vehicle preparation

maximum 1/4 fuel tank
no personal items inside
declaration regarding any existing defects or damage

5. 5. Prices and payment

Prices are determined based on the type of vehicle, transport distance and additional services requested. All quoted prices are final and do not contain hidden costs. Payment is made according to the terms agreed in the transport contract.

6. Insurance and liability

Transported vehicles are covered by CMR insurance worth 1,200,000 EUR
The Company is responsible for damages caused by its own negligence, within legal limits and policy coverage
No liability for pre-existing or undeclared defects by the client

7. 7. Cancellation and modification

7.1 Cancellation by Client

The Client may cancel the contract with a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled date for vehicle pickup, without penalties. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours may incur administrative costs.

7.2 Schedule modification

Schedule changes can be made with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, depending on the availability of equipment and crews.

8. 8. Force majeure

The Company will not be responsible for delays or non-performance of obligations due to force majeure: extreme weather conditions, traffic restrictions, strikes, accidents or other events beyond our control.

9. Data protection

Client personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For details, consult the Privacy Policy.

10. 10. Accessibility

The Company undertakes to comply with digital accessibility requirements in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882. For more information, consult the Accessibility Declaration.

11. 11. Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved amicably, and otherwise by the competent courts in Romania.
